Mongolia

Bulgan  is a town, administrative centre of Bulgan province of Mongolia.  It is located at the site of the former Daichin Wangiin Khüree monastery at an elevation of 1,208 metres (3,963 ft) and 468 kilometres (291 mi) from Ulaanbaatar.
Uran Togoo Tulga Nature Reserve (1600 hectare), about 60 km west of Bulgan, is famous for its extinct volcanoes, e.g. Uran Uul.

 I love this illustration card sent from the Ulan Ude, the Republic of Buryatia!
I once saw this card another friend had got and thought I'd love to have one for
myself and ta da here it is without asking ^.^ The card shows the festival called
"White Month" the Mongolian Lunar New Year (21 February 2015)
similar to Chinese New Year (19 February 2015). Thank you Anna for this
lovely card!
