Nathaniel Russell house

Back of card:
Completed in 1808, the town house of Charleston merchant
Nathaniel Russell is recognized as one of America's most
important neoclassical dwellings. The graceful interiors with
elaborate plasterwork ornamentation, geometrically shaped
rooms and a maginificent free-flying staircase are among the
most exuberant ever created in early America.
Thank you Dianna for the beautiful view of this interior!
