Mozart

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart ( 27 January 1756 – 5 December 1791), baptised as Johannes Chrysostomus Wolfgangus Theophilus Mozart, was a prolific and influential composer of the Classical era, born in Salzburg. Mozart showed prodigious ability from his earliest childhood. He was competent on keyboard and violin by age five, and he composed from the age of five and performed before European royalty.

At 17, Mozart was engaged as a musician at the Salzburg court, but grew restless and traveled in search of a better position. While visiting Vienna in 1781, he was dismissed from his Salzburg position. He chose to stay in the capital, where he achieved fame but little financial security. During his final years in Vienna, he composed many of his best-known symphonies, concertos, and operas, and portions of the Requiem, which was largely unfinished at the time of his death. The circumstances of his early death have been much mythologized. He was survived by his wife Constanze and two sons.

Vladimir Putin

Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin (born 7 October 1952) has been the President of Russia since 7 May 2012, succeeding Dmitry Medvedev. Putin served as Prime Minister from 1999 to 2000, as President from 2000 to 2008, and again as Prime Minister from 2008 to 2012. During Putin's second term as Prime Minister, he was the Chairman of United Russia, the ruling party.

Putin was an officer in the KGB for 16 years, rising to the rank of lieutenant colonel before retiring in 1991 to enter politics in his native Saint Petersburg. He moved to Moscow in 1996 and joined President Boris Yeltsin's administration, where he rose quickly through the ranks, becoming Acting President on 31 December 1999, when Yeltsin resigned. Putin won the subsequent 2000 presidential election by a 52% to 30% margin, thus avoiding a runoff with his Communist Party opponent Gennady Zyuganov. P

Albert Einstein c. 1920

Albert Einstein  (14 March 1879 – 18 April 1955) was a German-born theoretical physicist. He developed the general theory of relativity, one of the two pillars of modern physics (alongside quantum mechanics). Einstein's work is also known for its influence on the philosophy of science. Einstein is best known in popular culture for his mass–energy equivalence formula E = mc2 (which has been dubbed "the world's most famous equation"). He received the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics for his "services to theoretical physics", in particular his discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect, a pivotal step in the evolution of quantum theory.

Audrey Hepburn  born Audrey Kathleen Ruston ( 4 May 1929 – 20 January 1993) was a British actress and humanitarian. Recognised as a film and fashion icon, Hepburn was active during Hollywood's Golden Age. She was ranked by the American Film Institute as the third greatest female screen legend in the history of American cinema and has been placed in the International Best Dressed List Hall of Fame. She is also regarded by some to be the most naturally beautiful woman of all time.

My favourite film of hers is "My Fair Lady" as we had to watch it in my

Abraham Lincoln, 16th President of the U.S.A

Abraham Lincoln successfully led the United States through its greatest internal crisis, the

Civil War, preserving the nation and ending slavery. Before his election as the first bearded

President in 1860, the self-educated Lincoln worked as a country lawyer, state legislator and

US Congressman. Lincoln was a dedicated husband and father of four children. He was considered an honest, humble, magnanimous leader with a  deep belief in good government and

its capacity to serve all. He was rarely popular, progressive abolitionist were never satisfied

with what they viewed as his endless compromises while conservatives used vitriol to portray

Lincoln's attempts to end slavery as unconstitutional and un-American. He was assassinated

by the right-wing zealot John Wilkes Booth at the Ford Theater on April 15, 1865.
