Valletta - City of Knights

In its small area, Valletta houses a selection of Baroque buildings and works of art 

that match those of any major European city. St John's Co-Cathedral, the Auberge de Castille, 

and the Manoel Thetre are among the places all tourists visit.

The impressive forticcations are fine examples of Renaissance military architecture 

which are kept in excellent state.

Thank you Adriaan from Belgium for this beautiful card of Malta, the best 

card is of course one that is unexpected!

YAY!! A card from Suriname!

 

A country on the northeastern Atlantic coast of South America. It is bordered by French Guiana to the east, Guyana to the west, Brazil to the South. Suriname was colonized by the English and the Dutch in the 17th century.
